Velma Waugh-Sharp, loved by a host of family & friends. Celebration of Life service will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 01st, 2025 at Lucas Memorial Chapel 9010 Garfield Blvd. Garfield Hts., Ohio. Family will receive friends one-half hour prior to service.  Arrangements entrusted to Lucas Memorial Chapel. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park following the service.
