Vance E. Parks , loved by a host of family & friends. Funeral service at 12:00 P.M., Saturday, October,10th, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church located at 4341 E 131st St, Garfield Hts., OH 44105 . Where the family will receive friend’s one hour prior to service. (Limited Guest, Facial Mask and Social Distancing is Required). Live streaming will be available.

Public visitation will be held from 5 P.M. – 7 P.M., Friday October 9th, 2020 at Lucas Funeral Home located at 9010 Garfield Blvd., Garfield Hts., Ohio 44125.

Internment will follow the service on Saturday, October 10th at Cleveland Memorial Gardens Cemetery located at 4324 Green Rd., Cleveland, OH 44128.
