Tonya Lynn was born on December 21st, 1985, to Benard and Toni Lynn Jeffrey.

She was raised in Cleveland Ohio and attended Cleveland Public schools.  As a child Tonya loved to skate, ride bikes and play cards and curb ball with her grandmother, sister, cousins and neighborhood friends.

Tonya was a RAMBUNCTIOUS  and LOVING child; she was the original sour patch kid (first they’re sour then they’ re sweet)!

She became a mother in 2004 giving birth to her son shine Naquan Lynn, later followed by her beautiful daughters Iyonna Lane and Aniya Lynn.  She was without a doubt what people would describe as a Mother Bear and did not play about her children. She Loved her children and grandchildren more than anything as evidenceby her many sacrifices.

On June 27th2025 , Tonya, her daughters and granddaughter were in a serious car accident. She displayed extraordinary Heroism, selflessness and love with her actions, saving her loved ones. On July 2nd, 2025,Tonya succumbed to her injuries surrounded by her loving family.

She was proceeded in death by her Grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Lynn.

She leaves to cherish her memories and to continue to live her Legacy; her beloved children Naquan Lynn, Iyonna Lane and Aniya Lynn. Grandchildren A’Zariah Lane, Amiyah Lynn and Jayonna Lane. Her Parents Benard and Toni Jeffery, sisters Tanisha Haskins, Tonnette Jones-Ollison and Maricia Pruiett ( Precie) . her GrandmotherHorstine Taylor and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and Friends.

 Just like this obituary Tonya was short and sweet and she is now resting in the arms of GOD.
