Tavett E. Mathis, loved by a host of family & friends. Funeral service will be at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, May 14th at Elevation Community Church. 234 Center Rd. Bedford, OH. where family will receive friends one-half hour prior to service. Arrangements entrusted to Lucas Memorial Chapel 9010 Garfield Blvd. Garfield Hts. Oh.

Visitation will be Friday from 5:00-7:00pm at Lucas Memorial Chapel
