Richard A. Franklin, loved by a host of family & friends. Funeral service at 10:30a.m., Friday, September 24th at Imani Temple Ministries 2453 N. Taylor Rd. where family will receive friends one-half hour prior to service. Arrangements entrusted to LUCAS MEMORIAL CHAPEL 9010 Garfield Blvd. in Garfield Hts. Live Streaming will be available on Friday at lucasfuneralhome.com. Internment Lakeview Cemetery.

Public visitation will be Thursday, Sept. 23rd from 4:00-7:00pm at Lucas Memorial Chapel. (Facial Mask and Social Distancing is Recommended).
