Patricia Ann Wisniewski, loved by a host of family and friends; departed this life on May 2, 2026. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm-7:00pm, Thursday, May 14, 2026 at Lucas Memorial Chapel 9010 Garfield Blvd. Garfield Hts., OH. The Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30am on Friday, May 15, 2026 at the same location. The family will receive friends one-half hour prior to service. Arrangements entrusted to Lucas Memorial Chapel. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.

Patricia Ann (Smith)Wisniewski of Twinsburg Township passed away May 2, 2026. Pat was born on August 28, 1958 to Barbara (Smith)Barclay and the late Willie Smith. She was the beloved wife of Thomas Wisniewski; loving mother of Michael Anthony (Justyna) Smith and Manu O. (Nicole) Banner; caring grandmother of Sabastian and Christian Smith, Alexander and Michael Banner; dear sister of Dianna Lynn Barnes, Jimmy Duvall (Carmen) Smith, Valencia Evette (Benjamin)Arrington and the late Michael Dean, Robert Lee, and Willie "Peewee" Smith; and cherished aunt, great aunt and friend of many.

Patricia graduated from Collinwood High School in 1977. Later she continued her education at Sawyer College, where she earned her certification as a medical assistant specializing in phlebotomy. Over the years, she worked as a printer and later advanced to the role of office manager.

On August 31, 2003, Patti was baptized at Chapel of Hope. She became deeply involved in church life, participating in prison ministry and later serving on the baptism committee. She had a cherished relationship with many women seeking freedom from addiction. She built meaningful connections with them both as a friend and as a sponsor.

Patti loved spending time with friends and relaxing with her favorite TV series. She especially enjoyed planning and attending family gatherings during holidays and special occasions, or catching up with loved ones over the phone. Her loving presence, love for God and beautiful smile will be deeply missed.
