Minnie Scruggs, loved by a host of family and friends, departed this life February 11, 2026. The Celebration of Life Service will be 10:30am on Saturday, February 21st, 2026 at Lee Memorial AME Church 861 E 105th St, Cleveland, OH. The family will receive friends one-half hour prior to service. Live streaming will be available at www.lucasfuneralhome.com. Arrangements entrusted to Lucas Memorial Chapel.
