Mildred Smith, loved by a host of family & friends. Funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 15th at Imani Temple Ministries 2463 North Taylor Rd. where the family will receive friends one-hour prior to service. Arrangements entrusted to Lucas Memorial Chapel 9010 Garfield Blvd. in Garfield Hts., (Limited Guest, Facial Mask, and Social Distancing is Recommended). Live streaming will be available Monday at www.lucasfuneralhome.com. Interment Evergreen Memorial Park.

Public Visitation will be 3:00-5:00pm on Sunday at Lucas Memorial Chapel
