Lyzette Weems-Carter, loved by a host of family & friends. Celebration of Life service will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 17th, 2025 at Prince of Peace Church 3721 E.93rd Cleveland, Ohio and the family will receive friends one-half hour prior to service. Interment will be at Cleveland Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to Lucas Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be on Friday, 16th from 5:00-7:00pm at Lucas Memorial Chapel
