Leo Minter Jr. loved by a host of family & friends. Celebration of Life service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness 1838 Noble Rd. Cleve. Ohio. Family will receive friends one-half hour prior to service. Arrangements entrusted to Lucas Memorial Chapel. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Park following the service. Visitation will be on Wednesday, the 13th from 5:00-7:00pm at Lucas Memorial Chapel.
