Kenneth K. Johnson, loved by a host of family & friend; departed this life on December 18th. 2025. Family visitation will be Sunday, January 4th from 3:00-5:00pm and the Celebration of Life service will be 10:30am, Monday, January 5th the family will receive friends one-half hour prior to service; locations for both will be at the Lucas Memorial Chapel 9010 Garfield Blvd. Garfield Hts., Ohio Interment at Evergreen Memorial Park.
Kenneth Khalil Johnson, age 39, passed away on December 18, 2025, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was born on December 29, 1985, in Cleveland, Ohio. Kenneth was a deeply loved son, brother, uncle, father, and friend whose presence brought comfort, laughter, and light to those around him. His passing leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Kenneth was known for his kind heart, generous spirit, and unforgettable sense of humor. He had a rare ability to make people feel truly seen, heard, and valued. Whether through a thoughtful word, a helping hand, or simply showing up when it mattered most, Kenny had a way of making life feel a little lighter for those around him. He treasured his relationships and held his family and friends close, creating bonds that will never be forgotten. His smile, laughter, and love will forever live on in the memories of those whose lives he touched.
He is survived by his father, William Johnson Jr and his wife Cheryl Johnson his sister, Candace Johnson; his brother, William Johnson and his beloved children, Kenneth Johnson Jr., Kah’Lia Johnson, Sa’Miyah Ellington, and Kendall Johnson, who were the pride and joy of his life. He is also lovingly remembered by many extended family members, including five nieces, Chlo’e, Camirah, Iysha, Akayla, and Lucy two nephews, Khaleb and Korey one great-nephew TaeQuan.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, Casaundra Johnson, and his grandmother, Patricia Ann Kennedy, both of whom he held close in his heart.
Though his time on this earth was far too short, Kenneth’s love, kindness, and spirit will continue to live on through the countless lives he touched. He will forever be missed and always remembered.
