Herbert S. Coughman, loved by a host of family & friends. Celebration of Life service will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 22nd, 2025 at St. Paul AME Church.4118 Brookside Blvd in Cleveland. OH. and the family will receive friends one-half hour prior to service. Arrangements entrusted to Lucas Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be on Friday, March 21st from 5:00-7:00 pm at Lucas Memorial Chapel.
