Donita P. Smith, loved by a host of family & friends. Celebration of Life service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 22nd at Lucas Memorial Chapel 9010 Garfield Blvd. Garfield Hts., OH. Family will receive friends one-hour prior to service. Live Streaming will be available at www.lucasfuneralhome.com. Arrangements entrusted to Lucas Memorial Chapel. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Park. Public Visitation will be Sunday from 3:00-6:00pm with a balloon release at 5:00pm at Lucas Memorial Chapel.
