Deborah Ann Lewis, loved by a host of family & friends. Funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 15th at The Word Church 18909 S. Miles Rd. where family will receive friends one-hour prior to service. Arrangements entrusted to LUCAS MEMORIAL CHAPEL 9010 Garfield Blvd. in Garfield Hts. Interment Cleveland Memorial Gardens.
