Cortez D, Smith, loved by a host of family & friends. Celebration of Life service will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 28th, 2025 at Mt. Zion Fellowship Church 4265 Northfield Rd. Highland Hills, Ohio. Live streaming will be available through the church website. Family will receive friends one-half hour prior to service. Arrangements entrusted to Lucas Memorial Chapel. Interment will be at West Park Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be on Friday, 27th 6:00-8:00pm at Mt. Zion Fellowship Church.
