Charlie and I got to know each other dearly as members of Allen Chapel's Pulpit Ministry.  Charlie then became a dear friend of mine and I periodically checked on him, as he did me.  Charlie was humorous, a strategist and able to carry on a debate longer than anyone I know.  Love You Charlie and you will be Dearly Missed!

I remember when you transferred to my high school.  I was glad to discover we were 1st cousin. Your father was my mother's brother and was always there for our family.  Thanks for attending my mother's funeral. RIP!!!
