Charles Scruggs Sr., loved by a host of family & friends. Celebration of Life service will be at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 21st, 2025 at Greater Bethel AME Church 14735 Thames Ave, Cleve., Ohio. Family will receive friends one-half hour prior to service. Services will be livestreamed at www.Lucasfuneralhome.com.  Arrangements entrusted to Lucas Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow the service at Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, 20th from 5:00-7:00pm at Lucas Memorial Chapel
