Rose C. Scruggs, loved by a host of family and friends. Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 10th at Church of Christ at the Boulevard 8837 St. Clair Ave. where family will receive friends one-hour prior to service. Interment Cleveland Memorial Gardens.
