                                                          OBITUARY

Lester Rembert, 92, of Franksville WI passed away on August 7, 2017 surrounded by his loving family.

Lester was born in Fairfield, AL to William and Dora Rembert on January 8, 1925. He graduated from Fairfield Industrial High School, and continued his education at Hampton Institute. He was a proud and decorated WWII veteran with honors.

Lester was married to Dorris Evelyn (Pope) Rembert for 69 wonderful years. He worked for Republic (LTV) Steel Corporation for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Dorris, brother, George, and four sons: Lester Wayne, Errole Donnard, Davalle Willoyd, and Darryl Maurice Rembert. He also leaves to mourn his passing, his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of friends and extended family.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at the Church of the Harvest 7430 W.130th St. Cleveland, OH  44125. Reverend Kevin Goode will officiate. Family hour will be from 11:00 am -12:00 noon. Services will begin at 12:00 pm. Burial will take place Friday, August 8, 2017 at 9:30 am at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetary (Rittman) 10175 Rawiga Rd.,Seville, OH 44273.
