Francetta Dale Perry was born November 28, 1954 to the late James and Dorothy Perry in Cleveland, Ohio.

Francetta matriculated through the Cleveland Metro School District where she graduated from John Hay High School in 1972. She then attended Bowling Green State University for a few years before working at the Cleveland Trust Bank.

Francetta was a true diva. She loved fashion, glitz and glamour. Before her health declined you could find her dressed to the nine for all occasions. Her entrepreneurial spirit connected her with many people throughout her life.

Francetta was a devout Christian who adored her church family at the Maranatha Seven Day Adventist Church. She served there faithfully until she could no longer attend services.

She leaves to cherish her memory her brother Daryl C. Perry, her sister Vicky L. Shumpert, five nieces: Monique Bradford, Robin Matlock, LaChaunne Perry, Sarah Murray, and Ashli Hall, two nephews: Brandon Shumpert and Angelo Williams, five great- nieces, one great-nephew and a host of family and friends.
